日本への編入

いま、二年制の大学に通ってるのですが、
ここを卒業した後、日本の大学へ編入したいと思ってます。
でも、どのような手続きをしたらいいのか分からなくて困っています。
なにかご存知でしたら教えて下さい。

まれな例だからなかなか難しいらしいです。
編入学のための本があってそれに編入を受け付けてる学校、学科などが乗っていました。
あとは学校に直接メールして聴いてみることがいいかと思います。
