ロチェスター大学って何者？

最近びびなびの広告で「ロチェスター大学」なる学校を頻繁に見かけます。

ニューヨークにある経済学の名門University of Rochesterとは別物のようです。

アーバインの雑居ビルの一室がキャンパスで、eduドメインも無し・・・。

ハッキリ言って、留学生を狙った無認可校にしか見えないのですが、ホントのところどうなんでしょうか。

純粋に興味があるので、通っている・通っていた・教職員関係者の方などのご意見をお待ちしております。

ドメイン登録したのがJungeun Parkか。朴李の朴さんだ。Dr.G.Esti名義で学長の挨拶が出てるが、架空の人物だろうね。
