購入と時期と同時に建て替えをする際に
建て替え費用も住宅ローンに組み込むことは、
アメリカでは可能でしょうか？

又、そういったことが詳しく記載されているような

ここで聞いても何も答えは貰えないですよ。

銀行、ローン会社、不動産会社に直接聞いた方が良いんじゃない。

出来ますよ。頭金が多ければできます。色んな方法でできますよ。ローンの額を増やすか、ホームイクイティローンをオープンすれば。頭金１０％で買うような場合は難しいかも。探せばそういうことが可能なローン会社もあると思いますよ。いまタイミングがわるいかも。

Flyさん、まず「As is」の物件のコンディションはどの程度ですか？住めないぐらい悪い状態？それとも住めるけど、自分好みの家に改築したいのですか？

多分、購入と建築が同時に申し込めるローンがベストだと思います。でも、頭金は相当な額が必要ですよ。
最低でも30％ぐらいの覚悟が必要かも。。。。。
