プログラムをリムーブできません

Windows XPでControl PanelよりAdd or Remove Programsへ行き、その中にあるVerizon Online Support Centerと言うプログラムのChange/Removeボタンをクリックしても変化がありません。 できれば必要ないと思うのでリムーブしたいのです。 ご存知の方教えていただけないでしょうか？ ちなみにISPはVerizonですが何か関係があるのでしょうか？ よろしくお願いします。

Uninstaller が同じフォルダに入っていませんか?
それを試してみましたか?

私なりに探してはみましたがVerizon Online Support Centerのフォルダをみつけられません。
どのように探したら良いのでしょうか？

Administrator権限になっていますか。Administrator以外ではプログラムのRemoveはできないはずです。
Control PanelのUser Accountsの中にユーザ権限があると思いますので確認してみてください。

Administratorのみで毎回ログインするようになっています。
ということはAdministrator権限になっているということですよね？
