torrance, gardena, lawndale, hawthorneすみやすいのは?

今度LAに住むことになりました。
hermosa beach近くで暮らしやすいところはどこですか?
優先事項は、安全、高級住宅地ではない（家賃が高いので）、日系スーパーが近い、バス停が近くにある、といった順です。
まったく土地勘がわからないのですが、torrance, gardena, lawndale, hawthorneあたりで探そうかと思っていますがそれぞれどんな感じの町ですか?
車運転します。
comptonは治安が悪いとききました。

海の近くは家賃も高いです。
N.Torranceあたりが良いかも。

私もTorranceが家賃もそれほど高くないし、治安もそこそこで、良いと思います。
Torranceでも東の方は治安も悪くなるようですので、真中～西よりの方が良いと思います。
