私は、今部屋を探しているのですが、今までホームステイばかりで、アパートに住んだ事がありません。
なので、部屋探しをする際に、これは聞いておいた方がいいよって事、確認した方がいい事。部屋の事などなど、何でもいいです。契約してから、又住んでから気付いた。。。とか聞いてればよかった。。。って事になりたくないので。。
今探してる部屋は、シェアルームかワンルームです。
