ロサンゼルスでのオフィス探し

今年の５月頃よりサンディエゴからロサンゼルスへオフィスを移そうと計画しております。
アーバイン、トーランスあたりで探そうと思っておりますが、便利さ、治安等、何処がお勧めなど、なんでも構いませんのでご意見頂けるとありがたいです。
よろしくお願いします。

誰もアドバイスをしていないので一言！
オフィスを移そうと計画しておりますと言っても、何のビジネス・オフィス?
特定商業施設に近いとか、海外発送に便利な立地、アトリエとして使う
オフィスなど、何の情報も無ければ誰もアドバイスは出来ないだろ?
アーバインかトーランスの2つの地名を上げているが、便利さ、治安だけ
で考えれば、絶対に他人に聞くまでも無くアーバインだろ。
自分でその2つの街に行って見た事あるのか?
便利さや治安だけなら、自分で行って見れば直ぐに判るだろ?
まさか便利さや治安を調べるだけの為にサンディエゴから来るのが面倒臭い
から、ここで聞いているのか?
オフィスを移そうと計画しているって、今現在もビジネスしてるのか?
ビジネス・オーナーとは思えない質問の仕方！
余りにも質問が唐突で、どんな規模のビジネスで自分のビジネスが必要として
いる情報も言わずに質問するなんぞ、ビジネス・センスを疑われるゾ。
