スピード違反のcitation、courtesy noticeなしで払える?

先月スピード違反のcitationをもらってしまい、期限が二週間後となっています。未だにcourtesy noticeは届いておらず(裁判所のデータにも登録されていない)、一週間後に日本に一時帰国を予定しているという状態です。このままだと日本にいる間に期限を迎えることとなってしまいます。この場合、黄色いチケットをもって裁判所に行って、その場で入力してもらって罰金を支払うことはできるのでしょうか?裁判所のサイトだと,courtesy noticeがないとpay in-personもできないとあるのですが、できたという人もいるみたいで…アドバイスいただけると嬉しいです。

Citation 番号があるのなら、裁判所のサイトで、免許証番号とCitation番号で違反が登録されているか調べてはいかがですか?
