携帯電話のメモリーが激減

家の中のワイヤレスでiphoneを使っているのに携帯電話のインターネットのメモリーが減ってきています。
インターネットの契約は無制限ではないので意識してなるべくうちで使ったりワイヤレス無料のところで使っているのにメモリーが激減しているのはどうしてでしょうか。
昨日までは7MBだったのに今日調べてみると300MBになっていました。
昨日から今日まで外ではほとんど使ってないし重い動画も見ていません。
家の中でのワイヤレスのつながりが悪いのでしょうか。
ちなみにATTです。

日本語がおかしいようですが
メモリーではないでしょう！！
データ通信の使用量事ですね！
位置情報、メールのチェック等
色々自動でつなぎに行きますよ

Data通信の設定をOFFにしておけば
勝手にはつながらなくなります
WiFiだけで使用可能な設定を
してください
