Internetで画像が綺麗に出ません

Internetで見る画像が綺麗に出ません。Photoshopでは綺麗に出ている画像を、Web上にUploadして見るととても悪くなっています。他のＰＣで見てみるとPhotoshopで見る画像とおなじように綺麗に出ています。
原因は多分、前にDial-Upで接続していた時、ProviderのProgramでＰＣを早くするソフトをDownloadした時からだったと思います。ＰＣは早くなったけど、画像が鮮明ではありませんでした。どこをどのように設定を変えれば元に戻るのでしょうか？　どなだか教えてください。　Window XPを使っています。
