甥っ子をアメリカへ・・

私達は学生として夫婦でこちらに来ていますが　日本にいる甥っ子（8歳）に少し問題があり伸び伸びしたこちらの環境で少しの間でも学校に通わせ過ごさせたいと思うのですが（難しいとは思うのですが）小学生でも留学の様な事は出来るのでしょうか？近い内に弁護士さんに話を聞こうと思っているのですが、その前にどんな小さな事でも分かればと思っています。

小学生だけの留学ではビザが下りないと思います。ので、私が学生ビザ取って（Ｆ−１）子供がＦ−２で現地小学校へ通ってます。
