オレンジカウンテイーで小龍包を，食べられるレストランをご存知ですか？
サンゲーブルのチャイニーズコミュニテイーは，遠いので，できたら，OC内で，行きたいのですが．．
ちなみに，サンゲーブル方面では，どこがお勧めでしょうか？

OC で美味しい小龍包を食べさせてくれる店は存じ上げませんが､
サンゲイブリエル方面でなら､ 日本人に人気なのはディンタイファン（鼎泰豊）

お店は小さくってお世辞にも綺麗とは言えませんが､ 他の料理も含めて
私にはこちらの方が好みです｡

我が家は美味しい小龍包は、家で作ります。といっても、冷凍のものを買ってきてですが。笑
Culverとフリーウェイ5の出口のそばにある、Taihoというパン屋さんに冷凍の小龍包を売っています。
まず、沸騰したお湯の中に冷凍のままでいれて、浮いてくるまで待つ。（大体5分）その後、蒸し器にキャベツを敷いて、茹で上がった小龍包を並べしょうがの千切りを載せてまたキャベツでふたをする。そして5分歩と蒸す。熱々の出来立て！！お店で食べるのも美味しいですが、いつも冷凍室に常備しておくのなかなかGood.ちなみにそこのお店では、肉まんも美味しいですよ。我が家の冷凍室にはいつも常備してありますが。笑

ここは6人以上でワイワイ出かけます。
とにかく安いし（日本の値段と比べて）美味しい。
台湾でも並んで食べたけどこっちもいつも並ぶわね。

ちょっと前にあった台湾鍋の所で書いた Happy Nestの小龍包も美味しいですよ。味はOKですが、残念ながら、蒸し方が駄目な時も良くあります。確か冷凍物も売ってたような・・・餃子も上手いですよ（日本のとは違いますが）
