エクイティーローンに関して

エクイティローンで年利のいいところを探しています。
現在、ユニオンバンクで2５年fixで8.95％、バンクオブアメリカは10％以上との
事でしたのでやめました。
インターネットで調べると5％くらいでもあるのですが、聞いたことのない会社名です。
銀行が無難かなと思うのですが、他の金融機関の安いレイトに惹かれます。
おすすめのレイトの金融機関（安心できるところ、リスクってありますか?）が
ありましたら教えてください。
