離婚した時、子供の苗字はどうしましたか？
アメリカでは、どのようにしたら良いのでしょうか？

私は、いま離婚の手続きをしているところです。子供は、私が引き取ることにしました。子供と私は、主人の苗字です。
離婚成立の時に、できれば子供も私の旧姓にできればと思っています。

こちらで、そのような経験のある方などからアドバイスを頂けたらと思います。宜しくお願い致します。
