コンドを買うならカルバーシティかトーランスか。

コンドを買いたいと思っているのですが、どちらにしようか迷っています。２歳になる子供がいるので、良い学校区に入れたいと思ってるのですが、どちらが良いのでしょうか？
治安的にもカルバーの方はだいたいこのエリアだったら大丈夫というのは分かるのですが、トーランスの方はさっぱり分かりません。
あと、トーランスよりレドンドビーチの方が学校区は良いのでしょうか？
