別居中の永住権条件削除

結婚ベースで2年物のグリーンカード保持者です。今度今住んでいる州とは違う州で仕事が決まりそうですが、夫はいろいろな事情から一緒に引っ越すことは出来ません。将来的には私が今いる州に戻ることになると思いますが、当分の間単身赴任になりそうです。もう直ぐグリーンカードの条件削除をしなくてはならないのですが、別居していることは問題になってくるでしょうか？経験者の方がいれば教えてください。
