プラクティカルトレーニングって？

初歩的な質問ですいませんが、
カレッジで9ヶ月学んだ後、プラクティカルトレーニングビザを取得して1年未満で働ける。と留学エージェントのサイトで見たのですが、
そのエージェントはシアトルのカレッジと決まっていて、サポート料に20万かかります。
私が知りたいのは、
どの短大でも9ヶ月学んで終了証をもらえば、プラクティカルトレーニングビザを取得できるのでしょうか？そして短大側のstudent officeなどが研修先企業など紹介してくれるのでしょうか？それとも自力で見つけなければならないのでしょうか？

誰か知っている方教えて下さい。

基本的に仕事は自分で探します。
大概の大学ではOPTは取れると思いますが、大学側に確認するのが一番です。

何のサポート料かは知りませんが、OPT取得のための20万円なら「？？？？」です。

ちなみに、
