final cut pro4 dual monitor が使えない！？

この度、macG5 X　panther　と、fainal cut 4を購入したのですが、今までG4と、final cut3で使えていた、dual monitorでplay backを見ることがどうしてもできません。マックに電話してもそう言う詳しい質問はお金を払わないと答えられないとのこと。そんな〜（かねもうねえ！！）。。。どなたか同じような問題で悩んだ方、解決方法を知ってる方おしえてもらえないでしょうか？

Windows系なのでAppleの事は、よくわからないのですが、だいたいYahoo等で掲示板や入門等をキーワードにソフト名と共に検索すると質問掲示板や、TIPS・FAQ等を備えたHPが見つかると思いますよ。

たららんさん。ありがとう。再インストールを何度かしたら、できるようになりました。でも、買ったばかりなのに、どうして、こうなのでしょうねえ。いつもコンピューターには振り回されっぱなしです。
