Is this Global Entry the same as the Real ID on the driver license, or is the Real ID not valid for international flights?

Real ID is a state driver's license that now comes with a certification called Real ID to sift out terrorists and others living in the US. Real ID is a new requirement for state driver's licenses to screen out terrorists living in the United States. Real ID is just a proof of identity, you can't pass PreCheck with it.　　Global Entry is a proof of identity to pass TSA pre-check, I think.　I don't think Real ID can replace passport data （ VISA, entry/departure record ） because I don't think Real ID has all of them.
