銀行からお金を下ろす

今三井住友のinternational cardをメインに使っていて、必要な時におろしてWashington Mutualのchecking accountに移しているのですが、ATMだと１回の引き出し限度が$800ですよね？大金の場合は、三井住友のカードでもWAMUの窓口で下ろせますか？窓口では１回いくらまで下ろせるんですか？
