They hired a Pacific branch manager at the main store and took him with them, but
they downgraded him after about 2 months and he quit.

I am personally interested in Gase Taro's information. Beer is delicious in Japan, isn't it? I don't have to drink it, but if there was a Japanese beer, I would like to drink it. I used to hate bitter beer, but when I drank Super Dry, I thought beer tasted good for the first time, so I think there is something to it. I don't know much about alcohol, but it's a memory.

Which supermarket do you go to if it is Chinese or Mexican ？ My relative keeps going to El Super, but he says there is no particular reason because it is close to his house. I am just surprised at how cheap it is.

What kind of fish do you buy at Chinese supermarkets ？ I want to put fish on the table 3-4 times a week, but I am not a very good cook, so I buy ara at a Japanese supermarket. The situation is the same at the Costa Mesa store.　The other thing to watch out for is the mixing of old and new items. For example, some items have an expiration date of this month and others have an expiration date of three months from now. This is probably due to poor management. But most of the customers still buy the products without complaining, so I think the situation will never be improved.

I often buy tilapia at Chinese places. It is steamed Chinese style and eaten with sweet soy sauce sauce. This is delicious.
However, tilapia can be criticized, and if you don't like it, I recommend you to get a little excited and get fillets of Thai or halibut. Tilapia is cheap and tasty, though it doesn't have a good reputation. I like it better than snapper.
