ビザなし（観光）で運転免許ってとれるの？

「日本だと教習所で２０万もかかっちゃうから、アメリカに旅行に行った時に免許とってきて日本で書き換えた」という話を聞いたことがあります。でも、ビザなしの人が免許って取れるんでしょうか？友達の滞在先を住所みたいにしておけば、免許証がそこに届いたりしますか？ご存知の方、ビザなしで免許取ったよ〜という方、いらっしゃいましたら詳細を教えてください。

上記に当てはまらない人は　CA免許取れないよ。

NO.１１です。そうです。アメリカの住所に２週間ほどで送られてきました。トーランスです。とぴぬしさん、不法滞在でなければ怖がることありませんので、実際DMV行ってみて下さい。

私もトーランスでとりましたよ。　でも、実施試験に受かったらINSに問い合わせるからって約3ヶ月後に送られてきましたよ。あっ、ちなみに観光ビザではないです。

日本で交換できるって、どういう意味ですか？日本の免許に書き換え出来るってこと？無試験で？
