最低賃金の値上がり

今日から最低賃金が値上がりしましたね。
それなのに募集で、まだ$11とかで広告を掲載されています。これってわかってされているのでしょうか？

私が回答した段階では＃11さんのコメントがまだ反映されていませんでした。
いずれにしてもユーザー名が「HR関係の人」というだけでご自分で調べもせずまるっと意見を鵜呑みにするのはいかがかと。
私が調べた限りでは、今回の最低賃金の値上げにトーランス市またはガーデナ市は含まれていないという結論に至った、ただそれだけの話です。
下記リンクにも今回の最低賃金の値上げはLos Angeles（City)とLos Angeles County (Unincorporated)と記載されており、Incorporatedは含まれていません。

下記はLos Angeles County内のUnincorporatedのリストです。

両市もいずれは上がりますが、今回ではないというだけです。

全てのLAカウンティー、パサデナ、サンタモニカ、マリブの最低賃金が
従業員数２５人以下は１２ドル、２６人以上のビジネスには$13.25、今月の７月１日から上がりました。
ガーデナやトーランスもLAカウンティー内ですので同じく適用されます。

ちなみにそういう不法労働者はどこに通報すればいいのでしょうか?
911でLAPDとかに通報出来るんですかね?
また、通報したところでちゃんと来てくれるものなのでしょうか?
