Hello, I'm new to this in my long life in the U.S. I'd like to discuss this with you. I am an artist and have income from both W-2 and freelance and hired an American accountant who was referred to me by a friend and filed for 2019 last year.

I never met the accountant in person, but all online and over the phone, and in March he gave me a copy of the taxreturn2019 that I should have paid out, so of course I thought it was e-filed （ I didn't sign the form, but I thought I had a digital signature. I didn't sign the document, but I thought it was digitally signed ） There was no confirmation about it.
By the way, I don't think there will be a penalty since there is no money to pay to Federal and the state, just a refound.

Last September, when I did an IRS status search, I couldn't find my status, so I contacted my accountant in a panic, but he kept making excuses that I would get it tomorrow, and I had already heard during this pandemic that my TAX was due from April to July and then to October.
I believed him as it was.
However, late last year he told me that he had lost my file. I asked him if he wanted me to send him a copy of my March file ？ but he didn't reply.
I've been waiting since March, with about 10 or more "I'll send it tomorrow" messages, but recently I texted whatsup and got a response.

"I love having oriental women as clients. They are all very patient and wait for me. I wish they would wait a little longer..." I replied and of course I countered....

So, I would like to ask for the wisdom of anyone who knows anything about this, but I would like to mail the letter dated March 6 from him directly to the IRS, but I don't have his signature.　I have already requested a digital signature, but of course I have not received a response.
It is illegal to create a signature without permission, isn't it? （ I can create a digital signature ）

Or I can charge him a refound and hire another accountant or file it myself with tarbotax.

And one more question, is it possible to file my 2020 TAXRETURN first if I didn't file last year ？ I want to get this issue out of the way before I get busy with my 2020 TAXRETURN.

I am not certain yet, but I saw an article in the news that a new corona additional support was voted on, so I thought I would just share what I understood. Please understand that I may be wrong. Also, please note that although it has been voted on, it has not been signed by President Trump yet and the details are subject to change

・ Additional Stimulus Check benefits （ per adult $ 600.00, down from the previous amount. 00. ）
・ Additional Unemployment Insurance Benefit （ This is also less than last time and is for a weekly benefit of $ 300.00. ）
・ Additional Paycheck Protection Program （ PPP ） （ Details below. ）
・ Other things like extended evictions and rent assistance for people who can't pay their rent are also being incorporated.

Additional Paycheck Protection Program （ PPP ） seems to be available for companies that could not apply for the first PPP or companies that received PPP the first time and exhausted it and need more PPP. The basic rules and repayment waiver rules seem to be the same as for the first PPP, but there may be some changes, such as an increase in the amount that can be applied for in the hospitality industry, such as the hotel industry. Also, it seems that the second application is limited to companies with less than 300 employees and sales that have decreased by 25% or more from the previous year.

In addition, the original rule for companies that received an EIDL Grant of $10,000 and a PPP loan was that they had to repay the $10,000 in the PPP forgiveness process, but it appears that this rule will also change.

It was also mentioned that the expenses paid with PPP loans can now be included as expenses in the tax return.
