In most Japanese-affiliated markets, you can use the restroom freely. Some homeless people in the local markets use only the restrooms, so some markets require a pass code, but once you learn it, you don't have to ask the employees every time.

The Seiwatorens store in the Japanese-affiliated market will not lend you a key to the restroom unless you leave the key to your car, which is your personal belongings. During this season, I don't want others to touch my personal belongings as much as possible.
