224さんの書き込みに *MYでは とあったので別の州に以前に住んでいたのかなという印象を受けました。カリフォルニア＝CAのように。。
ただMYは実際ないのでNYかなとかWYかなと。ちょっと気になっただけですよ。(汗)
NYとCAの警察署のpolicyなど大分違いがあるので気になっただけです。

以前アパートの住民のドラッグ使用を疑っていることを質問したものです。消防署に連絡してみるというアイディアを実行したのですが、ガスや体に異常をきたしているようなケミカル臭には対応しているがアパート内のたんなる異臭には対応していないということでした。結局アパートの管理人に対応してもらえという所に落ち着きました。文句を言っているように聞こえたらすみません。そういう意味で書いているのではなく報告と他に何かアイディアがあればと思っての投稿です。異臭のする回数が増えているので何とかしたいけど管理人が仕事をしない人なのでどうすればいいのやらといった感じです。引っ越すにもペナルティーなしで引っ越せそうにないので何とか状況をよくしたいんですが難しい。

アパートの管理人が仕事をしないというか、クレーマーの相手をするのがめんどくさいんでしょう。
消防署の人達も変なのが来て大変だね〜
臭いが気になるのなら、集合住宅や密集している地域は避けましょう。
