I live in an apartment building. The tree in the apartment building right next to my parking spot has grown to about the height of the third floor of the building and is covering my car. Leaves are piling up every day and bird droppings are getting on it and it gets dirty quickly even if I clean it. The paint is also damaged. I told the manager of our apartment building but he said there is nothing he can do about the neighbors. I told them that they should at least be able to trim the amount that is encroaching on ours, but they are not doing anything. Where do I go for help in this situation, DCBA, LAHD, etc.? Has anyone had a similar experience and solved the problem?

I was lucky enough to win the green card lottery on my second application last year, but I am still waiting for the interview notice after completing the biometrics （ fingerprinting ） on April 4 this year. I asked a friend of mine who won the lottery and he told me that he received the interview notice and the biometrics notice at about the same time, but I have not received the interview notice after almost a month … (;_;)

About a few months ago, the outside gate door was broken down by a homeless person wandering around outside my apartment.

I notified the management company about it, and once after that, a contractor-like person showed up, got an estimate, and went away, but I have not heard from him since.

I contacted the management company and they said they are currently contacting the owner and waiting to hear from him, but it has been about a month.

So far, when I have asked them to repair my room several times, they have come rather quickly, but

apparently the owner changed a few months ago, and I have the impression that the response has changed drastically since then.

I am a second year junior high school student and I am thinking of studying abroad in Los Angeles, USA.
I heard that public schools do not offer f1 visas for 2nd year students, but private schools do, so I was wondering if it is possible to attend a private school for the first year and then attend a public school from the second year. I would appreciate it if you could tell me.

I will be staying in Torrance, LA for about a month. I would like to go sightseeing on weekends and when I have free time, I would like to use public transportation when it is light and Uber or Lyft when it gets dark.

I've posted a few times in the "Find a Friend" section, and I always get emails that have nothing to do with the content of the post, but rather with the idea of having a casual relationship with someone. I have received quite a few of them.

I can't help but wonder how they can send me such emails when they don't even know what kind of person I am, let alone my photo. Is it because I am a woman, or is it because I am a lucky guesser?
