When I asked my landlord to replace the blinds because they were broken ､ he replaced them with even more broken and very dirty blinds, and when I complained, he said he was not going to buy new ones ､ and would not do it himself. I did not intentionally break them myself, they have been there since the previous occupant's time and if you use them for a long time, they will naturally get damaged and break.

I live in an apartment building. The tree in the apartment building right next to my parking spot has grown to about the height of the third floor of the building and is covering my car. Leaves are piling up every day and bird droppings are getting on it and it gets dirty quickly even if I clean it. The paint is also damaged. I told the manager of our apartment building but he said there is nothing he can do about the neighbors.
