After obtaining my US citizenship, I kept a Japanese bank account using my parents' address in Japan.
My parents passed away a few years ago, and they kept the house, but now the house is going to be sold.
So my parents' address is no longer available.
There is no option to use the address of relatives or friends.
Please let us know your experience if you are able to keep it otherwise.
The bank is one of the city banks.

I have a Japanese and an American passport.
I am going to Singapore via Japan. When I am only going back and forth between Japan and the US, I use my Japanese passport when entering and leaving Japan.
Then when I go to Singapore from there, I leave Japan with my Japanese passport,
and show my Japanese passport when I enter Singapore as well, is that correct?
Does it mean that I only use my American passport when entering the U.S.?

I want to avoid trouble as much as possible, so please let me know if you know.

A couple of our neighbors who have been very kind to us have returned to Japan permanently.
They asked me to forward their mail to my address and I have done so.
But I also have tax, Medicare, and other important mail.
Each time I send them to Japan, I wonder if there is a system to forward them directly to Japan ？

I wonder what I should do if I think the mail will keep coming for the rest of my life.
