永久帰国ね、実は結構切実な問題。
新潟好きだから帰りたいけど、如何せん今までこっちでやってきた事（英語を含めて）を生かせる仕事が中々無い。給料などの将来的な物も含めてね。だからきっと東京で働くんだろうなぁ。嫌いなんだけどなぁ東京。

ご飯はおいしいし、お酒もうまいし
温泉もあるし、親もいるし
絶対気候が良ければ新潟完璧。
でも雪は嫌い。吹雪がなぁ……

良かった〜！前に普通に質問したくて掲示板に書き込みしたら荒らしと間違われて消されちゃったことあったんで今回も荒らしと思われてるのかな〜と思ってチョット心配してました（笑）前置きはこのぐらいにして。。。私も最近この問題について考えるようになったのでみなさんの意見が聞きたかったんです。新潟大好きだけど#24さんのように仕事や給料のこと考えたら東京なんですよね。。。でも新潟には#25さんがいうように他のいいところがいっぱいある。。。どうしたもんでしょ。。。他の人はどうしてるのかな〜？

私も考えてます。ちょっと悩みますよね〜
きっと東京で仕事見つけると思うけど、もし結婚して子供できたら新潟で育てたいな。

いきなりこんな質問で申し訳ないのですが、
異性からハグとか握手とか求められたとき
断ることってできるのでしょうか。
こちらに来たばかりで、この習慣に
まだ慣れることができません。
そもそもアメリカ人の感覚で
初対面とか浅い関係の男女の
ハグって普通なんでしょうか。
教えていただけると幸いです。

したくないなら素直にしたくないと言ってしまえばいいと思います。それでむこうがおかしな態度取ってきたらほって置きましょう。
ちなみにハグも頬にキスも普通です。友達同士でするし、初対面で頬にキスしたりする事は少ないけどハグはありえます。たぶん一種の愛情表現何だと思います。

日本から、観光ビザで入ってきた友人が飲酒運転でチケットを切られた。彼は以前こっちに住んでいてＣＡのドライバーズライセンス＆自分の車を持っています。法廷にいったり、弁護士等などのお金が要るようです。誰かよい弁護士、又は似たようなケースをご存知の方、情報お願いします。

携帯電話内臓のPDAを知ってるかたいませんか？
外でもネットと通話ができるし、便利そうなので持とうと思っているのですが、日本語が読める（またできれば書ける）機種ってこっちにあるんでしょうか？
どの機種がいいのか値段と機能で迷ってます。
日本製の製品は日本の店頭で聞いたらアメリカでは使えないといわれました。
あと今PDA使ってるかたの感想も聞きたいです。よろしくお願いします！
