先月、インプラントの手術をしましたが、その後、ねじ周りが感染を起こしてしまったらしく、痛みがひどい状態です。
レントゲンには、ねじ周辺に影が写っています。
しかし、歯科医は、それは感染ではないといいます。

依然として、痛みはおさまらないので、他の歯科医にセカンドオピニオンをもらいにいきました。そちらでは、「感染を起こしている。これでは、骨とくっつかない」と言われました。

歯科医がうその言い訳をして、インプラントのやり直し等に応じない場合、アメリカには、通報するような機関があるのでしょうか？
歯科医の失敗を責めるつもりはありませんが、善意ある対処をしてもらえないことに、憤慨しています。

特に、感染しているのは、他のスタッフたちも薄々気づいているほど、明らかな事実であるのに、自分の保身のためか、虚偽の説明を繰り返す歯科医の行為は、ライセンスに影響する行為だと考えます。

I've been saving for a down payment for a few years to buy a house in Torrance or thereabouts.

Last year, real estate prices seemed to have leveled off a bit, so I was wondering if they would go down this year, but I've been looking at SOLD prices for the past few months and they seem to be higher than before.
And when they go on sale, they are PENDING a week later.
Maybe it will still go up?

Even if I hoard downpayments, the price goes up and I can't buy it after all~.
More and more I can only buy in remote areas ~ （ Tears ）.

Do you know of any stores in Los Angeles or Orange County that have Japanese manga ？
I've seen some Japanese restaurants that have a little bit of manga, but

I would like to discuss child rearing.
Please especially those who have experienced international marriage and stepchild marriage.

I am a Japanese 35 year old man. My wife is an American 35 years old and a housewife.
We have four children, ages 10, 8, 5, and 2 from the top.

The two older children are the children of my wife and her ex-husband.
The ex-husband pays child support payments of $250 per person per month for a total of $500.
They have had chronic illnesses from the beginning that required hospital visits, but the ex-husband only pays $500 per month in child support.
Currently, they rarely see each other due to ex-husband's availability.

I have been with my older two since they were 4 and 2
I am proud to say that I have treated them as if they were my own.

In this day and age, especially in the US,
it is better to respect the biological father after a divorce and
treat the remarried father as a stepfather only.
My wife tells me "you are a stepfather" every time I have a conflict in parenting.

I am mortified every time.
It's been over 5 years now.
The oldest child has also been remarried longer.

Is it still just my small capacity ？?
