不動産価格、また上がり始めた？

Torranceとかそのまわりで家を買おうと数年前からダウンペイメント貯金をしていました。

昨年、ちょっと不動産の価格も横ばいになった感じだったので今年は下がるのかなと思っていたら、ここ数ヶ月のSOLD価格を見ていたら前より高くなっているような。
しかも売り出されたら、1週間後にはPendingになっているし。
もしかして、まだまだ上がるんでしょうか。

ダウンペイメントをためても価格が上がってしまって、結局買えない〜。
どんどん僻地にしか買えない状況に〜（涙）

自分は、その家族にレントを払ってます。サブリースが分からないのですが、そういうことだと思います。
その家族からリースに加えると言われました。
その家族がアパートメントを借りています。
空いてるプライベートルームを自分が借りています。
そして、学生だからSSNもないしクレジットヒストリーもないので、こういう時、他の学生はどうしてるのかと思いました

リアルターが言ってましたが、もうマルチオファーは無くなったそうです。
値段は落ちてないけど、と。

どっかの誰かが景気は上向きとかほざいてるけど
みんな借金抱えた現状はどう考えても負の要素しかない
その原因はすべてニューサムの政策から来てる
また暴動がおこるな。こりゃヤバいぞ
