会社の売り上げが良くないので転職を考えてます。勤務歴１５年、営業職です。
歳は４５歳になります。特に資格はないので、転職できるのか心配です。英語はネイティブレベルではないので、
日系の仲介業者に登録しておいたほうが良いでしょうか。
知り合いがいうには、あまり期待しないほうがいいよという事です・・
ステータスはGCです。（抽選で当たりました）
皆さんのアメリカでの転職の経験談やアドバイスを頂けると助かります。

日本に帰国してから、自分のアカウント確認しようとアクセスしてますが、開きません。日本時間午後3時（CAが夜10時）で窓口が開いてない時間帯だからでしょうか。もしくは自宅（日本）から のPC、Iphoneではセキュリティの関係でアクセスできないのでしょうか？ 恐れいりますが、あなた様のPCまたは スマホで時間内/外にアクセスできるのか、お試しして教えて頂けましたらとても助かります。 よろしくお願いいたします。

いくらなんでしょうか？
最低時給というのはレストランや会社など
業種によって違うものなのでしょうか？
また$15に上がると聞いたことがありますが
いつから上がるのでしょうか？

留学生の家賃の払い方について

現在カリフォルニアに留学中です。これから住むシェアハウスの家賃を現金か小切手かVenmoで払うように大家さんから言われています。日本でデビットカードは作ってきたのでそこから払いたいのですが、ATMで引き出して(手数料一度に5ドル)現金払いが一番安く済むのでしょうか？デビットカードでマネーオーダーをつくる場合は手数料どのぐらいかかるのでしょうか？(郵送なし、手渡しです)一応口座開設もしたのですが、transferwiseを使っても日本から送金してもらうほうが手数料がかかるみたいなので…

UBERは乗車側としてアカウントはありますが、自分もUBERで仕事やりたくなりました。
そこで日本人の方で既にUBERの運転手している人いたら、いろいろ教えて頂けると嬉しいです。
まずはどういうプロセス踏んで、運転手になるのか教えて頂けますか？

＃年に２０００ドルは超えません。
2000ドル超えなくてもウーバーはこの人にこれだけ支払いました、と申告します。
本人は本業の収入とその他の収入を申告する義務がありますので
会計士さんに収入の明細を出してきちんと申告しましょう。

家を買おうとZillowなどを見ていますが、近所で同じくらいの価値に家のプロパティーTaxが大きく違うことを知りましたがどうしてでしょうか？年に５,000ドル払ってる人もいますが、800ドルしか払っていない人もいます。間取りも大きさも同じような家で隣同士です。この大きな差はどうして生まれるのでしょうか？

Proposition 13という法律？があって、購入当初のAssessed valueでずっと住み続けることができるんですよ。
$800しか払ってない人は、その時に買った人達です。
仮にその家が今売られたら、次のオーナーは$5000払います。

その近辺はほとんどが６５万ドル以上の家なのですが、その８００ドルしか払っていない家の価値は５万９０００ドルってなってます。
なんか平等じゃない変な法律ですね。

私は去年の7月これを5箱買って持って行きました。$22.50 の方です。これ、日本のヤフーショッピングでは5,000円台で売っています。
日本のホテルに着くまでに溶けてはいけないと冷蔵庫で凍らす保冷剤も含めてプチプチのクッションシートで包んで段ボール箱に入れ、預け入れなので縄みたいな紐で頑丈に巻いて持って行きました。
それと前出のようにこちらでしか売っていないコーヒーも喜ばれるようです。私の場合、相手がすぐ飲めるように whole bean ではなく Ground のを持って行くこともあります。受取人がどのような好みか分からない場合は Colombian が無難です。
