録音や書面、周りの人達の証言などあればかなり有効だと思います。
まずは相談と証拠集めが大切だと思います。
訴えて勝ててもつぎの仕事さがしが大変だと昔聞いた事があります
なぜならやとわない会社が多いいからね最低50億ドルもらわないと。

カリフォルニア州の場合、会話の録音を相手の許可なくするのは違法です。証拠として認められないだけでなく違法行為なので注意してください。
