昨年１０月末にユ〇クロのオンラインショップで買い物をした際、受け取り方法をStore Pick upにしました。
しかし、諸事情で取りに行く事ができず、そのままキャンセルとなってしまいました。
（Order Confirmationのメールには「このメールを受信後の７日以内に受け取りに来なかった場合自動的にキャンセル、返金されます」と書いてありました）
念の為Pick Up場所に指定した店舗にも出向き確認しましたが「無い」と言われたのでキャンセルされたのだろうと思い帰りました。
メールにも「自動的にキャンセル、返金されます」と書いてあったのでそれを信用してすっかり忘れていたのですが、ひと月程過ぎた頃にふと思い出し、買い物時に使用したクレジットカードの明細を確認した所、まだ返金されていませんでした。
その後何度かカスタマーサービスに電話をしましたが、「返金には５－７日かかりますのでお待ちください」というテンプレ文句を言われては言われたとおりに待ち、期待を裏切られまた電話をしを繰り返し、購入から5カ月が過ぎようとしているのに未だに返金されません。
ずっとユ〇クロの言葉を信じていた私がバカでした。
ここのお洋服自体は好きなのですが、オンラインショップがこのていたらくでとても残念です。
私のこの経験から、ここのオンラインショップで買い物をしない事をお勧めします。

「Ready to pick upメールを受信してから７日以内に取りに行かないと自動的にキャンセルされる」とメールに書いてあったのでキャンセルされたと思ったのです。ピックアップ期限である7日間が過ぎてしまった後に一応確認しようと思い、店舗に出向きました。
実際店舗の従業員が「ここに置いてないってことはキャンセルされて倉庫にリターンされたんだよ」と言っていました。
ただ、「ピックアップされなかったのでキャンセルされました」というようなメールも来なかったので、その時点でおかしいと思うべきでしたね。
昨日電話でカスタマーサポートと話をした際、「精算時にシステムエラーが発生してちゃんとオーダーが入らなかった」と言われたのでそうだったようです。（クレジットカードにはきちんとチャージされてましたが）
