If you can prove your low income, you can give birth for free. Or you will be charged according to their income （ how low their income is ） T.H,E. clinic is a hospital for low income people. It is a regular hospital, not just an obstetrics clinic. If you can be treated there, you will be treated there and prescribed medicine. Those that cannot be treated or prescribed there will be sent to a regular hospital. However, if you can prove your low income at the T.H.E. clinic, the cost will remain free of charge, or the cost will be based on your low income.

A friend of mine was staying with me right after her divorce because she had no job and no savings. But she found out she was pregnant. Her ex-husband had cut off her insurance, so she went to the T.H.E. Clinic. I went as an escort. I was a little surprised to see many people in the waiting room who looked like Hispanics or homeless people ？.
My friend went to the T.H.E. clinic a few times, but when it was getting close to delivery, she was referred to a hospital in Beverly Hills. And I gave birth at that hospital. How much is low income ？ $ 1700/month then how do you live in California if you end up paying rent ？.
