『Public Record』検索で表示される過去の住所、電話番号履歴の元データ

名前、電話番号、住所をPublic Recordで検索すると出てくる、Age,Addresses,Telnumbersの元データはどのように出回っているのでしょうか。下記数件のサイトで自分の情報がListされていたので、削除の依頼をしましたら、すぐ対応くださいましたが、Google検索のスクリーンではまだ表示されます。それぞれのサイトへ削除の依頼をしたところ、ご返信に”All the data we provide is PUBLIC record or commercially available information. If you believe that ANY information we have provided is not public record or commercially available information, please advise us immediately ”とありますが、その元データをどうやって見つけ出せるのか,そのデータは私たちのどのようなプロセスで情報が共有されてるのか、非公開の依頼は可能なのか、ご存知の方　ご教示お願いできますでしょうか。

例）　GoogleSearch で、"ABC Mike　123-456-7890 Public record"Public Data site　で検索すると下記のサイトのリンクと見出しに電話番号住所など掲載。リンクをクリックすると情報がリスト化されている
