It is true that the noise alone is quite tiring after sitting in the cabin for 10 hours.

When I went to Japan last month, I brought Ear Bud type noise cancelling earphones, but when I took them off and put them on the blanket, I forgot about them and when I moved the blanket, the tip part came off and fell on the floor. I looked for it in a hurry, but could not find it in the dark and small space between the seats.

Apple's latest noise cancelling earphones are good -
I used them on vacation the other day and was really surprised and comfortable because I could not hear the noise of the airplane jet engines at all.
Earplugs are totally useless.
