過去にもこのトピありましたが2年前とちょっと情報が古いのでまた質問させてください。セキュアカード欲しいのですが、ワシントン　mutualではもう発行はしてないのですか？とりあえず、クレジットヒストリーを作りたいのですが、皆さんはどのようにして手に入れましたか？負担の少ない方法がありましたら教えてください。

セキュアカードの手に入れ方じゃないですけど、クレジットがない人にはこのサイトとか役に立つかも？

セキュアカード、シティバンクで作れたと思いましたけど。
一度シティバンクのサイトに行くか、窓口に行って聞いてみては？小冊子があったような気もするし。

一番早い方法は、中古車をローンで購入して毎月キチンと支払っていれば、6ヶ月後にはハイできあがり。
