I am Manabu, taking my first online class at Santa Monica College starting in the summer of 2022.
Please tell me if you have ever taken an online class at Santa Monica College before.

My online class starts tomorrow, but
I haven't received any notification email from my teacher to my SMC@Email.
I have confirmed that I have already paid for the class via corsair connect.

Maybe I have to log in somewhere else to confirm the class?
I tried looking for it but could not find it. If you know, please let me know ！.

Last year I received PUA （ Emergency Unemployment Compensation ） but received a refund request from EDD.
I sent back an appeal against it, but have not heard anything since.

Has anyone heard anything about a hearing date or anything ？

I won the lottery for the green card, but my case number was in the 19000s... I heard that the first person with a case number to be interviewed will be cut off when the number of applicants reaches the limit. I am wondering if I should consult a lawyer or something.

Hello,

I am looking for people to play tennis with in the West LA area. My skill level is probably around 3.5 (average), but I don’t mind any skill level- I’m just looking to have fun!

Most likely the best place to play is Mar Vista park. It’s free, and usually it isn’t too crowded to play. I am also studying Japanese and I am happy to practice Japanese or English as well. I am male/30 years old.

I am about to get my medical assistant certification and

I am looking for a school that is half online classes and half hands-on classes.
Do you have any recommendations for classes that you have taken?

U.S. Career Institute has online only classes.
I'm not sure if I want to go here because of the good reviews.

I will take a separate class for practical training.


I have heard that SoCal ROC is good, but I have a learning disability and would like to do it online （ ）
at my own pace.

Recently, many people are returning to Japan
most of them are in their 60's or older.
We would like to hear the opinions of those who have decided to return to Japan, or
those who have already done so.
On the other hand, I would like to hear from those who will continue to live here.
My husband is American and I will stay here unless I get divorced. My children are also here.
Also, climate is an issue, and my parents are gone.
I think I'll be patient and only go to Japan on vacation.
