TIPについて

サーバーのお仕事をされている方にお聞きしたいのですが、TIpはどのように貰っていますか？直接聞いた訳ではないので分かりませんが、先日気になったので計算したところお店に３０〜４０%のチップが毎回入っているようです。そこから時給の分や他の方に支払われているのであれば納得できません。皆さんのお店はどうでしょうか？日本人オーナーでは当たり前と聞きますが、それがまがい通っている事が不思議です。雇用側にも意見はあると思いますが法律は法律です。当方、グリーンカード保持者です。

＞基本的にチップの金額は税金を差し引いた金額の10%--15ぐらいで良いでしょう。

田舎のサウスベイのいレストランなら良いけど、ビバリーヒルズ近辺やウェストサイドあたりじゃ、20％が普通だよ。

今は　２０％以上です。　

高級レストランでは２５−３０％おきますよ。

今時、15%-18%が最低ラインだって。
10%って、いつの時代？？？？？

チップの計算をするのが面倒なので、いつもTAXの２倍を置いて行きます。
