About a few months ago, the outside gate door was broken down by a homeless person wandering around outside my apartment.

I notified the management company about it, and once after that, a contractor-like person showed up, got an estimate, and went away, but I have not heard from him since.

I contacted the management company and they said they are currently contacting the owner and waiting to hear from him, but it has been about a month.

So far, when I have asked them to repair my room several times, they have come rather quickly, but

apparently the owner changed a few months ago, and I have the impression that the response has changed drastically since then.

Is this kind of problem something that can be solved by talking to the city?

I am a second year junior high school student and I am thinking of studying abroad in Los Angeles, USA.
I heard that public schools do not offer f1 visas for 2nd year students, but private schools do, so I was wondering if it is possible to attend a private school for the first year and then attend a public school from the second year. I would appreciate it if you could tell me.

I will be staying in Torrance, LA for about a month. I would like to go sightseeing on weekends and when I have free time, I would like to use public transportation when it is light and Uber or Lyft when it gets dark.
I would like to know if there are any subway or bus lines that I should not take even during the daytime.

I've posted a few times in the "Find a Friend" section, and I always get emails that have nothing to do with the content of the post, but rather with the idea of having a casual relationship with someone. I have received quite a few of them.

I can't help but wonder how they can send me such emails when they don't even know what kind of person I am, let alone my photo. Is it because I am a woman, or is it because I am a lucky guesser?

I'm a little bit stunned that I made this topic.

Is it standard for part time workers to not have an offer letter ？

I had trusted FedEx, but
＊ in mid-February, a document sent from here to Tokyo by the fastest flight （ 2 days ） stopped in Anchorage, Alaska for a long time and was delivered a week late.
＊ Then a document from Tokyo, scheduled for delivery on March 10, was delivered on March 28. （ The condition of the envelope was black and stained on one side, and the printed FedEx letters
appeared to have been rubbed off somewhere to the point of being erased. ）

The reason seems to be weather, but （ I have not been able to get a clear explanation ）
It may be true that the cold February flights to Japan had no choice but to stop in Anchorage, but most flights from Japan in March were stuck in Memphis.

The flight to Japan in March was mostly stranded in Memphis. We happened to encounter this kind of situation twice, which made us feel uneasy about FedEx.
So I was wondering if this kind of thing happens more often than expected and would like to hear about your experiences.
I have been using this method of mailing with no problems at all, so I am very troubled.
