I would like to share what happened when I was taken care of for a few weeks by a sitter I met on this information board.

After a few weeks of care, I was suddenly refused with a 2-week Notice due to differences in childcare policy. First of all, it would have made sense if they would have refused if they did not follow our policy, but they suddenly shut us down without any suggestion. Although a difference of opinion is inevitable, they became emotional and unilaterally decided on a date and time. The attitude of the person who dropped off and picked up the child on the day I was told about the date and time was overtly bad, and he seemed to be avoiding me with a slight smile on his face. But I was so worried that I couldn't get any work done.

I immediately quit asking my friend to watch the child there because he told me that he would watch the child from the next day.

I just asked for a refund for the rest of the work since I paid in advance and was told that I would have 2 weeks Notice and this one would get half of that amount.

Well.
First of all, it was nice that they gave us a Notice period to look for the next one, but I got emotional and decided that I could not leave my precious child with someone who would respond like this the very next day.
We were told that the child would be taken care of carefully during the period, but there were no cameras, the person was not licensed to babysit, and we decided that we could not hold them responsible for anything that happened.

Essentially, there is no legal basis for being told that it is not a legitimate day care and therefore a 2 week Notice. I was speechless that they would not even pay the tax and charge a cancellation fee. I agreed to it because it was not an amount of money that I would have to go to the trouble of collecting, but as a parent I have nothing but contempt for them.

You cancelled and I said I would keep it for 2 weeks. They replied and blocked me and asked me not to get involved again. I thought, no, no, I'm talking about the first cancellation, but it's now a special skill to be that superior even if you get your income illegally. And you don't want to get involved because you want to be illegal and guilty. I don't think I will ever leave my children with someone who is not licensed.
