I always take that flight back, so I used it as a reference when I was going back to Japan

I am looking for a suitcase, but I can't find one with a TSA key.
There used to be a whole bunch of them a few years ago.

I understand that if it has a TSA key, you can lock it since they have the key, but have the rules changed ？
like "don't lock all suitcases" for example.
