European Travel Information Authentication System （ ETIAS ： ）

will be introduced in European countries in 2022. This will probably be similar to ESTA in the U.S. and will be required for those of us here in the U.S., i.e. U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and tourists ・ traveling to Europe. The UK is the only country that is not a member of this system.

I personally don't have the energy ・ to travel to Europe, but I used to want to visit not only Europe but also Central and South America, the Great Wall in China, the Silk Road, and ruins in Southeast Asia, which I simply long to see in Japan. Oh, yes, I also wanted to try the Trans-Siberian Railway. I simply longed to hear Hiromi Ota's "Farewell Trans-Siberian Railway".
