I didn't expect you to cheerfully cite the Fake News Channel video as evidence. This Oikawa is the same guy who was blasting a lot of falsehoods during the U.S. presidential election.

At the time, people were still citing it as the basis for conspiracy theories, and I saw it too, but there was almost nothing that could even be called information. That's what I think, looking back now, there's a lot of fake news stuff that has already been proven to be fake news. I have zero interest in scrutinizing it because it's not worth looking at.

You can believe whatever you want, but there are two important things I want to say.

What sources you have to bother to watch on video is limited to begin with, and whether or not it needs to be on video ？ is everything. When it is edited or captioned in a way that people can easily understand it, it is already certain to have some intention of the editor.

So, depending on the quality of the editor/video provider, it is absolutely necessary to suspect at least propaganda to malicious fake news. And if he/she has been a source of fake news even once in the past, you should consider him/her to be of no value as a source of information. And if it turns out later that the story you spread was actually fake, you were taunting the soldiers and citizens who actually died to protect Ukraine. You should be aware that you are now claiming such a story with impunity. I only watched the video halfway through, but as soon as you said something like "Crisis actors in OB/GYN hospitals are 100% proven," you are completely out of the game. The opposite is true. The fake news has already been exposed by fact-checking, and the netizens who believed it first got into big trouble when they attacked a blogger who is a pregnant woman who was actually affected.

Even if it is a story that was spread by others, you should be aware that this is a topic about people who are actually being slaughtered in Ukraine, not something that can just be spread with a light heart.

It is difficult to discern what is the truth amidst all the mixed information, but it is a fact that people are being killed in armed wars. Both Ukrainians and Russians are victims. The Ukrainian president's speech does not resonate with me as he seems to be mediating further armed war. I hope there will be a ceasefire soon.
