Again, I am not being selfish, but my main trip to Japan is a walking pilgrimage to Shikoku, and I found the following YouTube clip very interesting. This was aired on NHK about 14 years ago, and while most TV dramas and movies tend to skimp on the details of the temple visits and the scenery in the background in order to keep the story interesting, this drama is quite faithful to the original.

The title is "Walkers ・ Lost Adults," and the characters have their own problems, which they solve by walking mindlessly. Although it is physically demanding, I interpret it as a kind of training and accept it positively.
