26 Ramen, the ramen at Tokyo Central in Costa Mesa was delicious. I forgot the name of it, but it was better than take-out from another ramen shop. It was located in the deli area.

You just microwave it and the soup seems to be covered with gelatin. I thought it was better than cup noodles, so I bought it and found it tasted better than I expected.

I think it would be easier to understand if someone with more knowledge explained it better.

By the way, in Orange County, I bought take-out from a ramen shop and it wasn't very good, and I tried it at another place and it wasn't good either.

I went as soon as I could! I had an appointment for the weekend so I also went to get my eyelashes done and my nails done. And most importantly, I went out for a drink, which I had been holding back for about 3 months! I made reservations starting Friday night for three days in a row, but the party broke up at 8:00 yesterday. As other people have said, ramen tastes better when it's freshly made and eaten while "smiling"!
Thanks for the beer, T-san, who was next to me at the table on Friday night! If we bump into each other again, next time I'll buy you a beer! I've been a member of the main online drinking group since Corona, but I still enjoy the offline group more than the online group! I'm looking forward to next week's meeting as well, for my small business contribution!

We are a regular customer of the restaurant, and we had our tables set up 8 feet apart so that the four of us could form a circle!
