ＯＣの一軒家の電気代

２ヶ月続き５０ドルぴったりの請求書が届きました。
請求書は大家さんの名前になっていて、当の大家さんは以外に安くて嬉しいと、ＥＤＩＳＯＮに問い合わせをしようとしません。
数ヶ月前に住んでいた他州ではＡＣを使ってはいたのですが倍以上の請求額だったので安さに驚いています。
後から大金の請求が来たら嫌なので皆さんの意見をお聞かせ頂けますか?
住んる家は４ベットルーム、ＡＣは使っていませんが、扇風機が１つ一日中夜も回っていて家電も古く、テレビは２つは常に点いている状況です。
ガスは他のところから請求が来ています。
この状況では５０ドルは妥当の請求額でしょうか?
それとも何か５０ドルぴったり払うシステムが有るのでしょうか?

また電気代は市によっても違います。
ガーデナに住んでいる知り合いは電気代よりガス代が高いので
暖房は電気ヒーターっを使っている。と言っていました。

シニアディスカウントというのは有り得そうです！
それに前に住んでた場所はガスが無く電気だけだったので、ぴったりと言う点が不思議ですが、５０ドルは妥当な額な気がしてきました。どうも有難うございました！
