I've been going down the freeway for so long that I didn't know Seiwa existed and went to TC, but lately I've been going to Seiwa and TC about 50/50. I started to use the freeway and noticed the existence of Seiwa, and in OC, TC and Seiwa in Costa Mesa are close to each other along the same harbor, so some people seem to be using the freeway for both.
I can't remember the prices so I can't compare them, but personally I think I can choose Seiwa more slowly.
I go to TC when there is a sale item I am looking for, such as rice, etc. I enjoy Gardena TC so much that I go there once a month even though it is far away. Seiwa has different kinds of snacks than TC.

This is a sequel to the vegetable story.
As many of you know, Seiwa is owned by the founder of Marukai. The grandfather of Marukai retired due to his age.
He handed over the management to Tokyo central but his passion for MARUKAI still hasn't cooled down and he opened Seiwa as a new restaurant.
